We offer a 6‑month warranty covering:

This warranty does not cover natural wear from friction, exposure to chemicals, or water damage.


Gemstones & Crystals

All stones are hand‑set with care. We offer a 6‑month warranty covering:

  • Stones that loosen or fall out due to manufacturing defects
  • Faulty settings or prongs
  • Structural issues affecting the stone mount

This warranty does not cover damage caused by impact, dropping, or exposure to harsh substances.


Earrings

Earrings are covered under a 6‑month warranty for:

  • Broken posts or hooks
  • Faulty closures
  • Manufacturing defects in plating or stones

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn, but warranty repairs or replacements are always available.


Necklaces

Necklaces are covered under a 6‑month warranty for:

  • Broken chains or clasps due to manufacturing issues
  • Plating defects
  • Stone or pendant faults

Damage caused by pulling, snagging, or improper storage is not covered.


Rings

Rings are covered under a 6‑month warranty for:

  • Plating defects
  • Stone setting issues
  • Structural faults in the band

This warranty does not cover resizing, bending from pressure, or damage caused by impact.


2. What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, or bending
  • Damage from water, perfume, lotions, sweat, or chemicals
  • Lost items or lost stones caused by impact
  • Tarnishing due to improper care or storage
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your jewellery, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the issue
  • A brief description of what happened

Our team will assess the piece and offer one of the following:

  • Free repair
  • Replacement of the same item
  • Store credit if the item is no longer available

A small shipping fee may apply, calculated based on the actual delivery cost.
Even after your 6‑month warranty ends, we’re still here to help — we can repair your item for a small service charge.


4. Care Recommendations

To extend the life of your jewellery:

  • Avoid water, perfume, lotions, and sweat
  • Remove jewellery before sleeping, exercising, or showering
  • Store pieces in a dry, sealed pouch or box
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth only
