Returns for Online Purchases

You have the right to cancel and return most online purchases within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing wjystudio@outlook.com
• Once approved, the returned item must be posted within a further 7 days
• Items should be returned in their originality, including any bags, packages, gifts and/or all tags should be still attached.

• If an item shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, we reserve the right to reject the return and it will be sent back without issuing a refund.

Return Postage Fee
• Customers are responsible for return postage fee.

• We recommend using a first-class, tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

The following items are non-returnable for hygiene or customisation reasons, unless faulty:

• Earrings or piercings
• Custom-made or engraved items
• Personalised jewellery

• Gift 

• Phone cases

🔄 Shopping at the Store 

Please note that all in-store purchases are final and not eligible for refunds. We encourage you to inspect items carefully before completing your purchase.

If an item purchased in-store is faulty, we are happy to offer an exchange or a credit note for unworn items with security tags intact, within 7 days of purchase.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
• A small 10% restock fee applies to returned items. This helps us carefully inspect, clean, and prepare each piece so every customer receives jewellery in perfect condition. Thank you for understanding.

📉 Sale Items Are Not Eligible For Return 

Sale or discounted items purchased online at 10% off are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-priced items, unless clearly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.

Items discounted 15% or more are Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

💎 Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or damaged during the shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.


We will cover all reasonable return costs and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging.

3.  Customers are responsible for return postage for the returns.
