🔄 Returns for Shopping Online
You have the right to return most items purchased online within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be returned in its original packaging, including any certificates or tags.
• You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing: wjystudio@outlook.com
• Once your return is approved, you will have a further 14 days to return the item.

🔄 Shopping at Store & Returns
Please kindly note that we do not offer refunds on our creations purchased in person. We are happy to exchange or offer a credit note for unworn items with security tags untouched within 7 days of in-store purchase.

❗ Items Excluded from Returns
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless faulty:
• Earrings or piercings, for hygiene reasons
• Custom-made or engraved pieces (including name necklaces, initials, bespoke ring sizing, etc.)
• Personalised items
• Gift cards

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, via your original payment method.
• Original delivery charges (standard shipping only) will also be refunded.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

📉 Sale Items
• Sale or discounted items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-priced items, unless otherwise stated.
• If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a change, repair, or replacement for free.
